We had a lovely stay, with nicely appointed rooms and a fantastic breakfast to start each morning. The hotel is great for families, featuring suites with kitchenettes that really add comfort during extended stays. However, I did encounter some cleanliness issues in one of the rooms, which was concerning and hard to overlook.

The service I received was unparalleled, as the staff truly went above and beyond, especially in meeting our needs during a challenging time. The morning breakfast spread surpassed our expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. The only downside was some minor issues with cleanliness upon arrival, but the staff made sure to address it. Overall, a great value for money!
